Belly Dance Fitness Class

Want to slim down your hips, waist, and thighs?  You must try this class!  Melt away inches with the help of shimmies, hip bumps, figure eights, and other common belly dance moves.  Bring water and a towel.

Saturdays at 10:00 AM

10 Classes

Beginner Belly Dance

This eight week course focuses on basic posture and technique.  32 steps are taught in the course.  Learn basic belly dance moves including figure eights, cobra arms, shimmies, and more!

8 Week Class

Intermediate I Belly Dance

An eight week course that builds on what was learned in the beginner classes.  This course also helps the dancer feel more confident with the moves.  Learn fun and sassy choreography, too!  There is also and introduction to veils.

8 Week Class

Intermediate II Belly Dance

A ten week course focusing on advanced skill and performance techniques.

10 Week Class
